Paul is a Chartered Engineer, graduating from Leeds University in 1990 with an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering with Architecture.

He has designed and worked on prestigious and high value projects in the UK and overseas for a varied portfolio of clients.

He has particular expertise in pre-stressed concrete design and structural steel work.
